Heartfulness Meditation
This class helps you deal with physical, mental, and emotional tension of your daily life through effective breath and meditation exercises. To release the stress in the body , the class starts with some stretching exercises. It moves on to working with the breath and a variety of styles of meditation to help calm and restore the body and mind.

Yoga
We will explore the reality of how the mind can control our emotions and body structure. Especially during the times of Covid-19, we have had a lot more stress paired with spare time, which has given the mind a free-for-all to push our boundaries and limitations of the desired happy, healthy, and well balanced lifestyle.

Breathing Exercises
Have you ever noticed how you breathe when you feel relaxed? Breathing exercise Classes can help you relax, because they make your body feel like it does when you are already relaxed and take a moment to notice how your body feels. Or think about how you breathe when you first wake up in the morning or just before you fall asleep.
